Refrigerator water pipe for ice and water dispenser leaked on kitchen floor overnight and Saturday most of day. They couldn’t come until Monday and it was the refrigerator seal that leaked . Plumber turned off the line snd returned water to rest of house.

John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Everything from the car air freshener with the contact info, to making the appointment, to getting the estimate, was friendly, smooth and efficient.

Dave did a tremendous job and he did it on very short notice on a weekend. I have a family at home, so a plumbing need on a weekend is a big deal. Dave showed up exactly when he promised he would. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He got my home back functioning properly very, very quickly. Recently had my AC replaced by Stahl. They were able to come out quickly for a thorough estimate. I got quotes from multiple companies and while not the lowest bid, Stahl was right in line with others. I went with Stahl based on the prompt, thorough, and honest estimate, short lead time to install, and recommendations from others.

The two guys who did the install were professional, informative, and were able to get it all sorted in a day. The install looks very clean and they improved my drain line from the existing setup. My new AC has been working great and there have been no issues keeping my house cool all throughout the recent heatwave.

The entire process was painless and I have nothing but good things to say about the estimate, install, and interactions with the office. Highly recommended.

Five stars for sure. Returned my call within 15-20 minutes, quoted me a very fair price, showed up in a half hour and had the toilet fixed in no time. So relieved to find good service. If you don't have a regular plumber and suddenly need one, it can be a crapshoot. Gregg and his co-worker were very nice and pleasant to talk to, and fixed it fine. We have a regular guy, now, I guess. ( And one we can recommend. ) Thanks, guys.

Bacon's is the best! They are honest, reasonable and care about their customers. I had major plumbing issues and they did a fantastic job of fixing my issues despite my old house giving them grief all along the way. I will never call anyone but Bacon's for a plumbing issue and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They are super efficient have an excellent work ethic plus they are comical, all of which made my project so much easier to deal with. Call them you won't regret it!
