The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

I was completely lied to about the services I would need & charged 65.00 just to have the electrician tell me that he couldn’t touch my circuit panel due to the age of it (which was a lie) upon having another professional electrician visit a few hours later today, I was told that all we needed was a weather hood & to have someone trouble shoot the circuit. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To make matters worse they were gonna charge us 7,000.00 for the project. Again I say I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

My central air died in the middle of a heat wave. Not good for a person with heart issues. My usual repairman was otherwise engaged, so I called Tudi. John came out and fixed my a/c right up. Thank you, John, and Tudi for such fast, prompt and efficient service -- and at a reasonable price too!

Had a massive job. Lined a sewer pipe - 12 feet. They were prompt,clean,explained each step and relaid the cement BEAUTIFULLY. I can barely tell which cement was replaced! The communication from the office staff is excellent and super friendly. While on-site, they rehabbed 2, 1951 toilets. One is pink and the other blue, irreplaceable. Many plumbers had told me the toilets could not be fixed, Pittsburgh Plumbing did it! Lastly, their bid was over $2500 less the my other bid. I am so pleased with their professionalism! Thank you for your hard work.

walkin to the office as we live nearby and fred and his team was really nice. we had this vibrating ceiling on basement after flushing the toilet for a week. his team came in same day and fix the problem in no time. i really appreciate and would definitely recommend South Hills plumbing and heating to all. The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

Great service showed up quickly and took care of the problem when 2 other plumbers didnt know how to do it. Really know his stuff.

We received excellent service for the entire project! From the beginning , Pat Zebroski provide us with many options and he was very detailed , explaining the process from start to finish. Our install team , Sean , Denny , and Marcell and exceeded our expectations! They were very professional, efficient, and left our space clean . We are very happy, and will recommend Wahl to everyone!

We have been using Keough for a handful of years and each time we are impressed.
A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!

I got a hold of them through one of the task apps. Then the guy text me and said he was at the door. No one was there and I checked the video cameras. When I told him about it, they just simply stop responding. I don’t know how they got such high reviews on the other place because the three-point something on Google reviews seems more like it for the customer service provided.
