We had a busted pipe from the freeze and my daughter was coached over the phone for the initial trouble shooting. The house is vacant and we have not moved in yet. Matt was there in a few days and we spoke and texted as he solved the issue. He also sent videos of what was going on. I could not have been more pleased.

The service tech explained my a/c problem. Then the service tech fixed my problem quickly. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Nice man!

Matt Mertz Plumbing was recommended to us by two of our clients so we reached out when we needed to address an issue pertaining to our storm/sewer lateral. Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.

John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.

I had a sewer backed up on Labor Day weekend (Sat) and called some local plumbers and they were unable to come until Sunday. So I called and a very pleasant lady asked for my address. Told her, and she mentioned my families last name so it was in their computer along with past visits. She said for $93 you can get EEl service and it is free if they can't get it unclogged. Sounded OK with me as what could go wrong. So, after waiting 2 days for them to arrive the technician arrived and had paperwork saying it would be $385. I told him I was quoted $93, but he said you already got that special years ago. So, any reasonable person would believe that a company that wants return customers would adjust the cost to what they were quoted. Nope! So, I said goodbye and luckily a local plumber came and took care of us at 1/2 the price!

Dude knows his stuff. Installed my dishwasher in a few minutes.
