We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Matt came out to perform some electrical work today and was very professional and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond by checking and fixing some of the other outlets in the house I had questions about.

We are selling our house and buyers’ inspection said there was a clog at the house trap. As a large family, plus just hosted another family of 5 for a week, we didn’t believe there was a clog, however, agreed to hire a plumber as part of closing. Tim called a day early and said there was a cancellation and could he come for the appointment. We agreed and explained the situation. Over the phone he said, “I can come, but we often can’t get our cameras through cast iron pipes. I can’t guarantee after I come out, they’ll even get their cameras through” We agreed to have him come as we were under contract to but LOVED his honesty! He was WONDERFUL. Turns out he was right, no clog. But our bill was exactly what he stated, no lies for extra services, no hidden fees. Will definitely hire again!

It took two hours for two technicians to replace a 75 gallon water heater with a power vent and remove the existing one ... they were extremely efficient and very professional..

Jim B was our service specialest, and he was great. He was prompt, helpful and took time to explain all our options. When a different team of technicians was there for the installation, Jim stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.
