John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. When my roommates and I decided that it was time to fix up our downstairs “half-bathroom”, we didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, one of my buddy’s dad had worked with Honest Renovators in the past and suggested them to us.

These guys are AWESOME. They were both patient and understanding with us as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted/needed done. Also being college students, they did their best to accommodate their schedule and work-time around our classes which made things much easier and worry free.

My experience with Christy Plumbing and Heating was excellent. I had a pinhole leak in a pipe in my basement. It wasn't too serious of a leak and they were able to get me on the schedule for the following day. They showed up on time, were able to diagnose the issue promptly, had the materials to fix it with them and took care of it. Charge was about $200 which I found to be entirely fair and reasonable. Most companies charge at least $100 just for the service call. They also looked at couple other random issues that I was having and made some adjustments to address those issues (all of which are much improved) at no charge to me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.

I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.

They replaced my rotten drain stack with a new one.
And replaced many old valves in my basement, with brand new 1/4 turn valves (that are much more reliable).

And I got an opportunity to replace my kitchen facet and drain with a sweet moen Sleek one! So nice!

Jake Fischetti was my technician and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about an issue that two other heating companies were NOT able to address. Jake took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to go about tackling it properly. He brought his own mat and shoe covers when entering the house. I was very pleased with his visit and would recommend this company to anyone.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
