Mike is a mad scientist who will get the job done with the least disruption possible to your current structure. Before signing up with them he spoke with me for 30+ mins explaining the whole process of what he does and why they do it this way. I hung up from this conversation with no doubts I had chosen the right company for the job. All the work is completed and I still feel the same way. Seriously just call McVay.

This company is legit. They had to deal with my insurance company and the difficulties that brings (trouble getting a hold of someone, misinformation, etc) and they were still able to replace our water heater under 24hrs of them getting the call. If it wasn't for the insurance company involved they probably could have done it quicker. Highly recommend!

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. I sent a message about a gasline check through their website and received a call back within a few hours. They were considerate of my concern and schedule and set a tentative appointment for the next day. They called me the next morning and were at my house before lunchtime. They checked the integrity of my gaslines and quickly repaired a small valve leak. I pressed them about the condition of the very old lines, and I was very impressed that they did not try to oversell services. They were extremely professional and polite. The service charge was very low as well, and they didn't charge an emergency service fee, even though they came out so quickly.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. I had a backed up basement drain today. And since this company re-lined my sewer already, i gave them a call. Within 3 hours they were here. Zach and Ryan explained exactly what they thought it might be. Then after maybe 15 minutes, they confirmed it, and they showed me on the camera scope the actual issue. Really great.
The price quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. No hassle, really nice techs, good stuff.

We had an excellent experience with McNabb! Andrea was so helpful and worked to get someone to us same day to check our leaking water heater. Michael came that day and determined it would be best to do a replacement. He thoroughly explained our options and we were able to get an appointment for the next day to get our new tankless water heater. Noah and Anthony did the replacement work - they were extremely professional, efficient, kind, and did an awesome job!

As you can tell from the tabs I clicked, I had *a lot* of work that needed to be done on my new house, and for much of it, I had an aggressive timetable. I got the referral from my sister, who has used Miller for years. Extremely responsive, personable, prompt, honest about my options, a very fair price, and did a very nice job on all of my new systems. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and fair when they found the inevitable extra issues in this old house - not the “gotcha” type of business at all. If there is ANY other installation or repair I ever need, I will ALWAYS call Miller. Now I see why my sister gave me their number - I honestly can’t think of anything that could have gone better, in any sense of the word.
