We had Krupp Whitney re-line the sewer line at a house we purchased, and were so impressed that we've used them for several other projects. The owners, Nathan and Joe, have been so easy to deal with and quick to answer questions. One service tech, Edwin, has done several repairs for us and we've been so happy with his work. Even the guys who were here doing the re-lining were incredibly professional and answered any questions I had. My wife and I will always call Krupp Whitney when we need a plumber.

The Technicians at Cuccaro Plumbing installed a gas line and connected our new cooktop as we were upgrading from an electric cooktop. They also installed a garbage disposer. I had a major sewer line back up in a rental property of mine. Jason from Reliable Pro showed up immediately and was able to diagnose quickly the situation. Due to the age of the plumbing and multiple issues I had the entire line replaced from inside the house all the way to the street. I am very happy with the work that Reliable Pro did over the week or two of work. Everything was done right and inspected. I would use Reliable Pro again.

Do NOT use this company. We were assigned this company through our home warranty. They are very unprofessional and are not even doing their job fully. Didn’t even try to diagnose our leak on our hot water tank. They tightened the bolt on the first visit. We even showed them photos of it leaking. They left and not even 3 days after it still continued to leak, had them come back. They said nothing is mechanically wrong because it wasn’t leaking at the time of arrival. Didn’t care to even try to turn on the water in the house to prove. Not even there for 5 min. Now it 2 weeks later the pipe is STILL leaking. Called to have them come back and said I am wasting their time and they are not coming back because nothing is wrong. Yet they didn’t even try to prove that it was leaking! Very rude very unprofessional. Awful company. Do not use this company. The owner is rude and ignorant. They shouldn’t even be considered a plumbing company because they don’t do anything to solve the issue at hand. A total joke of a company!!!
