Best Drains Pipe in Pittsburgh PA

David was just here. My husband dealt with him. He was so understanding and came out right away. We had a small leak in the basement after we hit the main water line coming into the house. (We thought we needed new parts) turns out all it needed was a good tighten! We feel so silly but David was super cool about it and I will reccomend this company everytime. Thanks for coming out so quickly!

On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

What's most impressive,amongst other stuff, is that from my initial call to schedule Chris to come out & assess my issue until the job was complete was less than 24 hours. Definitely a skilled plumber, who takes a lot of pride in his work, to insure the job is done right...2 Thumbs way up!!

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Highly recommended!!

The service technician Kyle was great 5 stars for him and his colleague who did the consult. How ever the people in the office were horrible. NO way shape or form were they helpful. They told me I needed owners consent after they let me pay for the consult to find what's wrong. I manage the place told them getting ahold of him is difficult. Finally he tells me they won't deal with me lol. After they told me they just need authorization and then I can make the appointment. And then when he got there he didn't even know he was coming to fix the thermostat. So the office staff can't even properly communicate what the tech is even coming over for. He thought it was a consult. All in all techs great office staff horrible. My 5 stars are for techs 1 star for office staff.

Knowledgeable, completed job in one day as quoted. Was open to doing small job to relocate gas lines to move dryer, updated various things to code they encountered along the way Will definitely call again if we have any other plumber needs.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Orlando who came to my residence for a plumbing issue in my bathroom. He was very polite, professional, and respectful. As a homeowner it is always risky when we encounter home repairs and need professional help. I would recommend Orlando to all my family , friends and colleagues . I was very pleased with the service and would definitely call again.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!! My home warranty company called these professionals its been over a month and my toilet is still running, the piece that they ordered, they said it would take a week to come and over a month for the piece to come in I had to call them to see if it was in ! Was told i was going to get a call to schedule the appointment to come back out to my house two weeks later still no call ! Every time i talk to this man on the phone he is extremely rude and unprofessional !!!! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.

This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.
