Prior to the sell of our home, we unfortunately failed the required water/sewer line test. Our municipality gave us 2 options: 1 - reline/replace the entirety of line to the property line (40 ft) or 2 - dig it up and replace yourself.

While we were eager to DIY, we realized the scope of the work including complexity and impending deadline for our close date (3 weeks). After several phone calls and quotes later, we found ourselves selecting Krupp Whitney for a few important reasons: they offered trenchless sewer lining; they were extensive and informative during the quoting process; they were available to meet the deadline; their pricing was fair and affordable.

We spoke with Nathan who was professional throughout the process. His team showed up during the scheduled times and came prepared to work. The project took 2 days to complete and the crew was courteous/respectful of the property. Specifically, the excavation crew went the extra distance to ensure our driveway (gravel) was appropriately graded and topped with fresh stone - showing minimal if any, disruption.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

This review is for Kevin, he came today and hooked up a water line for our new Fridge and new kitchen we are having done. Also put in a shut off Valve in the basement and put in a new Faucet today. He. Was very nice and helpful about things we didn't even know we needed. He was very Knowledgeable and I will be calling in the future.

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. I called Gurleys because I had to drain back up. I got the field supervisor Steve Thompson he was very professional. He’s the only plumber that I ever had come to my house and take so much time to show me what the problems were we went over not just one option to fix it but a couple we pick the best one and I have full. This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
