We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! John was friendly, and communicated effectively about the product/service, and the option of financing, the tax rebate eligible with certain products and how the warranty can be used as a selling point- if that were needed down the road. I can honestly say I have a good understanding of all that was offered. I now feel confident in my decision to choose Sullivan for this large purchase. Had an incorrect install of a few widespread faucets in two bathrooms on Saturday by a handyman. Restano came in an emergency call Sunday after leaks and fixed them within an hour and a half. A little pricey but did a great job. I had called at 9am and they were there on that Sunday by 11. Very pleased.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. I contacted Stahl Plumbing after my HVAC died and the person who installed it failed to return phone calls for a week. Stahl was quick in getting someone out (1.5 days).

No one ever wants to be without A/C during a heat wave, and everyone who can do repairs is super busy. Given this, I really appreciated the speed of the response from Stahl. After 2 days, it was obvious that there was a leak in the microcoils. They told me the options, and once I decided, they scheduled a replacement as soon as they could. I received a quote in advance (paying 50% up front and the rest upon completion). No one wants an expensive surprise, but when it happens, you want to be working with reliable people.

The people at Stahl were prompt and courteous, and the technical folks (Mike, Tyree, Corey, and Ashton) were respectful of the disruption to the house as they replaced the system. They also took away the old system so there were no bad surprises with freon disposal. They registered the installments so there won't be any warranty issues in the future.

Overall, the Stahl people were transparent and they did a professional job.

We had looked for a plumber for a long time. Some groups saw the work we wanted done and never got back to us. Greater Pittsburgh Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work, ordered the parts, dedicated 3 workers, and got the job done on one of the hottest days of the summer. Gauge, Danny, and John shared the labor and did great work. They replaced two yard pumps sent in concrete, changed out two hose bibs, and placed another valve in our system so we could shut down service to an out building. It was a big job. They kept me updated on their progress and were nice, professional people doing a hard job with grace.

We are selling our house and buyers’ inspection said there was a clog at the house trap. As a large family, plus just hosted another family of 5 for a week, we didn’t believe there was a clog, however, agreed to hire a plumber as part of closing. Tim called a day early and said there was a cancellation and could he come for the appointment. We agreed and explained the situation. Over the phone he said, “I can come, but we often can’t get our cameras through cast iron pipes. I can’t guarantee after I come out, they’ll even get their cameras through” We agreed to have him come as we were under contract to but LOVED his honesty! He was WONDERFUL. Turns out he was right, no clog. But our bill was exactly what he stated, no lies for extra services, no hidden fees. Will definitely hire again!

Just moved to the neighborhood and needed service for a few leaks.
They were great! Adam and Shaun were great and fixed things without making it an expensive job.
The house is over 120 years and they knew how to address things in an efficient, effective, and cost effective way. So pleased and there is no doubt I will be using them for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Christian did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. There communication system is fantastic. Reminded me of the app the day before as well as the morning of telling me who was coming along w a photo of the technician. Will have them come back in the Spring to give my air conditioner a check up.

The water tank in two of our bathrooms needed repair because of loss of water due to mechanical problems. A person from Miller Plumbing came to take a look at the toilette tanks. He proceed to tell me that he was going to charge me $39.00 for the visit and also said something to the effect that it would cost me $379.00 to fix the bathrooms. I guess it was my misunderstanding but even the price quoted was quite steep to fix the leaking problems in the tanks. Furthermore, he said that he would be returning soon to fix the issues with the toilettes. In fact, he came the next day in the morning. To my surprise, once he was finished with the job, he proceeded to bill me for another $727.00 on top of the deposit of $100 that I had paid him the previous day. I assume that the fixtures that he bought to replace the ones that are in the bathroom could not have been much higher than $50. That means that I paid about $750 for Miller Plumbing for less than an hour's time of one of its employees. That's the time he took to fix the plumbing. I told the person the the price was outrageous but he told me that is the price to fix a bathroom, 379 for each, plus $39 for the visit and the rest for the fixtures that were provided. Highway robbery to say the least. If you are looking to fix anything in your bathroom keep away from Miller Plumbing. I could have bought two new toilette bowls and have them installed for the price that I paid to fix some minor plumbing issues. I tried to put a stop payment on the check but it was too late to do so. If I could give less than a star to Miller Plumbing I would gladly give it to them.

They tried to charge me $ 2200 to fix my air conditioner that was only six years old and under factory warranty and an extended warranty provided by them when they installed it. They told me the warranties were void because i didn't have it serviced and that was the reason it failed. I called another authorized Trane dealer they looked at the unit and told me the parts were covered I just had to pay for labor and refrigerant. The repairs were made for a total cost of $750.

I had an inducer motor diagnosed and replaced. I was charged an exuberant amount. I asked for a price breakdown and found out that I was charged 3 hours for a one hour job @$110/hr. When I called for a price breakdown, I told them the tech was at my residence for 60 mins tops. I was told the tech would call me back and he never did. The owner may do good work and is reasonable, but not the people working for him.
