The technician called (as promised) prior to his departure from his last job just to make sure I was ready for him. I was. When he arrived I was truly surprised by his professionalism, product knowledge and his ability to explain complex issues in a manner that I could understand. He did a very thorough inspection and assessment of my entire system focusing not just on current problem areas but on areas that may be a problem in the future.Jason was well dressed, clean, polite and well spoken. If given an opportunity not only would I use George Brazil again but I would specifically ask for Jason Geideman.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.
