I worked with Moon Valley Plumbing (Service Tech: Alex Crocker) on two occasions. Emergency plumbing issues are never our best moments. Emotions are running high and fear is looming. Moon Valley was the assigned company via City of Phoenix Warranty services. From the scheduling person to the follow person and everyone in between; I would recommend Moon Valley. I have a home warranty and am familiar with the process of assigned warranty business. I am aware that they don't net as much revenue and therefore don't be shocked if you don't get above and beyond service. Moon Valley Plumbing treated me and my family like we were customers for life. From the immediate scheduling (entered the request before 8am), to realistic time setting, expectation setting, meeting/exceeding expectations, personable, friendly, information providing and solution based professionals they make plumbing trauma an almost enjoyable experience. Being in the service industry; when people can make a tough situation not so tough; to the point that you are almost glad that it happened because you learned something and dealt with kind, professional people...THAT IS A FIVE STAR organization!

I used Peerless Plumbing in the summer of 2021. I love Lindsey and her team. She is very honest and told us exactly what needed to be done and did not scare us into doing anything we did not need to do! It did take two months to schedule but it was expected since they had been busier than usual that spring. It has been a year and a half since the repairs. What a savings not having to call a plumber out once a month to snake our kitchen sink! Lindsey guarantee is also amazing. She did tell us that if we had an issue with a clog to make sure to call them. This week we had to due to my shedding of hair in the shower. She came out promptly and fixed my shower drain in less than 15 minutes! I can not express how wonderful this business is especially since it is hard to find this kind of service in their field.

Highly recommend this company. We started out with Justin making the deal, what a great guy and real people person. Then the next team came in to scope, clean our pipes, and line the pipes. These guys were real prompt, real polite and worked great as a team. Three days and done. You have an amazing young group of employees. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. Chris and his staff are amazing. They have helped us out with a huge leak that needed instant attention since it was leaking all over our bathroom. He was able to add us in his schedule on a busy Friday afternoon. He seems to go the extra mile and called back a couple day's later to see if everything was ok on our end. Thank you Chris!
