Deer Valley Plumbing - Phoenix Plumber
I am in the process of purchasing an older home. As expected, a few repairs were noted by my home inspector, and before I finalize my sale tomorrow I wanted an estimate of expected repairs. I did research and found Deer Valley Plumbing to be highly recommended per reviews. I spoke to Max who requested an email of my home inspection report. He was going to look it over at his request and call me back . I spoke with him again 8 hrs. Later and he said he was going to take it home, review it, and return my call. When I received no call this morning, I called back. He was just coming out of a meeting and I told the kind receptionist to give him my message, that I needed to give the seller an answer today. I called again at 230 pm after waiting 6 hours. Needless to say, I found another plumbing company. If I start out with dishonesty, and feeling like they don't care for a customer, then it is their loss not mine. I did not have a minor repair, but several areas I needed work. And to think a phone call, and appreciating a new customer would have probably made this a stellar review.

Blue Plumbing LLC Plumber
Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order. The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

PVP installed a new water heater 26 months ago for $450, plus $50 additional for a warranty (Standard warranty install, includes pull water heater without recirc, install new warranty heater, labor misc materials including new supplies and ball valve and warranty return and paperwork, does not include upgrade fee or warranty fees charged by supply houses. Does not include replacing supplies pan, gas piping etc.). Today I discovered that the water heater was leaking. PVP sent a serviceman who informed me that although the water heater was covered by a warranty, it would cost me $475 labor to have it replaced. I consider that a breach of warranty. Buyer beware dealing with PVP. PVP does not evince the honesty and integrity that I one would expect.

Paul was great to work with. He replaced my garbage disposal for a fair price and fixed a hose at no charge. Will definitely use him again.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
