I appreciate Benjamin Franklin coming out to service the water heater. The Rep Ihad was James. James laid out a variety of plans and helped me choose one to meet my needs and answered the questions I had.

We've used WaterHeatersOnly for the past 12 years. Today, June 13, 2016, we noticed a leak in our water heater. We called WaterHeatersOnly @ 7:45 a.m. & Don, our technician, was here @ 10:45 to replace. They're the best! Withh the new water heater, we also gyt a 6 yr. warranty on the tank.
