Wow! First time using Blue Plumbing and will definitely use again!! They arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous, professional yet friendly.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

As a General Contractor, I refuse to work with any plumber other than the PV Plumbing family. For the past 12 years they have provided outstanding, detailed work on each and every project, no matter the size. 12 years.. not ONE call back from a client. I bought 2 five to units from them. After the install, I had nothing but issues with the 2 units. The service techs were getting frustrated with the amount of free services they had to do as I was north paying for a faulty install. One tech wrote this is the last free service call on the paperwork. I proceeded to the office to let them know I would gladly pay if it was my fault but a improper install I was not and they would continue until the issues were resolved. I eventually called another Valley AC company and had it fixed. I WOULD RATHER DIE OF HEAT EXHAUSTION THEN USE THEM AGAIN.

Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. Writing this review due to how your employees act out on the field and how that’s a reflection of your business . This morning my wife was taking a run in queen creek station and if she hadn’t jumped out of the bike lane she would have gotten ran over by your workers. She went back to work site to ask if they saw her the young employee retaliated vocally back at her saying they where looking for directions and other words instead of paying attention on the road! If this is the type of people you hire really speaks volumes of how your business is ran!

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
