One had a call center which I got no call back and the other went to VM. I call All Hours Plumbing, and immediately I hear, This is Jim. Jim came out, quickly identified the problem, gave me a more than fair quote, and fixed my problem in no time.

If you're in an emergency, he's the guy to call! He even took the time to help out with another plumbing problem and fixed that easily. Now I can shower tonight! Thanks again Jim!!!!”

We used George Brazil to install a water softening system as well as perform other plumbing services over 10 years ago. Recently, I had to replace the hot and cold water valves behind the washer and found the box that held the water softener drain line, installed by GB impeded the ability to remove the valves. I called George Brazil this morning and spoke to the receptionist, I believe her name was Melissa and explained my dilemma. She was very receptive and courteous and asked me to speak with her superior, Bill Conrad, which I did. After hearing my problem, he checked into some things and called me back within 20 minutes. He told me that he would have a technician out today to take care of the problem at no cost. WOW!!! Now, THAT's what I call setting a standard for backing your work and product!!! I am incredibly impressed AND appreciative. Again....withing 30 minutes I recd a call to say that my technician, Tom Mahon, would arrive between noon and 6pm. Tom arrived at 12.56 pm, was polite, professional and fixed the problem right away. No fuss, no muss. What really impressed me about Tom, is that he took extra time to replace the hot and cold valves for me. I really, really appreciated that as I worked on those valves for 3 hours the day before, cussing them the whole time. Finally on his way out, he looked at the 10+ year old water softener installed by GB, checked the water hardness and made a few suggestions to me. Tom was there for almost an hour, that's all! Many thanks to Tom, Bill, Melissa and the other gals I spoke with today. George Brazil has some top talent there. Cheri Hedger
