Best Preventative Maintenance Programs in Phoenix AZ

Called my home warranty company on Saturday morning and by Monday morning Don the repairman was installing a new water heater. He introduced himself and explained both what he was going to do and the pricing involved. Don did a wonderful job, was very neat and tidy. I really liked him. I wouldn't hesitate to call Water Heaters Only if need be. I will definitely recommend them!

I have always had wonderful service intervals with Day & Night A/C, Heating and Plumbing every six months since I had my heating and cooling system installed by them. On Nov. 6, 2019 technician Eric Rentz came out to the house to perform the annual heating inspection as well as an upgrade to my thermostat, which was a little time consuming because of technical difficulties. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and patient throughout the visit, which I'm sure took more time to complete than anticipated. I have renewed my maintenance plan for 2020 and hope to see him again in the spring for the A/C checkup. Thank You!

We scheduled a routine maintenance weeks ago and gave them both contact #s. I called to confirm and told them the number to call for the appointment was my husbands. The day of the appointment they called me at work several times, not my husband. Apparently they don’t send the technician even if you verbally confirm the day before they must speak to you on the phone. Ok- that’s fine as long as you call the right number.Called Parker and sons after this issue the same day and they were able to send a tech SAME DAY for routine maintenance. Also getting a more thorough inspection, Yay!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
