I was referred by a neighbor and I am so glad I went with Insectek. The customer service that Bryce gave me was amazing!!! Then Tyler came and performed my service and was amazing too. My neighbor has been using them for years so I know their product will be good. After moving here from Texas, I was hoping to find a great exterminator and I think I found one!

I'm not trying to sabotage your reviews but I should give 1 star based on how your employees drive. Cut me off merging onto the highway then cut across 3 lanes to catch their next exit. Other reviews show your employees clearly don't care about road rules or safety, smh.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
