I was very happy that on very short notice, The Aussie Plumber company came through for us.Troy Greenwood arrived and owner James Hill arrived shortly after. Troy performed the task very much to our satisfaction. Afterwards, we spoke about a water heater replacement and after measuring the tight quarters, Troy determined we could install a 40 gallon to replace the 30 gallon we have now for about the same cost. We so appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend The Aussie Plumber company and Troy Greenwood.

Alan was great! I called to get a quote for a new gas water heater on a Wednesday night. The quote was reasonable and he was able to come and install it the next day. He was very polite and answered all my questions with professionalism. Thanks for all your help Alan!

They came out quickly. The guys were friendly. And the price was reasonable.

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.
