Would 100% not recommend these guys for work. On the dry out stage they might be ok, but the restoration end has been an absolute nightmare. Talk about incompetence at every turn.....

Update- job was not in my name but I was the buyer's representative and it was absolutely Paul Davis. I wish I could get them zero stars as they never even finished their contractual obligations.

Recenty, I had some remodeling done on my property . When the contractors opened the ceiling to replace the sheet rock they found mold from an old roofing leak. I called Puroclean for help. They responded quickly and made sure the mold was cleaned up correctly so we would have not future problems. Overall they were easy to work with, thourough and very professional. I truley hope I will never have to use their services again. However, if I ever find myself in the position of needing a restoration company I will call Debi and Matt at Puroclean!

We recently had water mitigation and drywall restoration done by 911 Restoration of West Valley and are very pleased with the results. Mr. Phil Reese and his crew were very helpful of all issues including contact with our insurance company, painting and clean up. I would recommend this company for restoration work of any kind. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Came out to assess on holiday. The work EHS did directly was top notch. A few issues surfaced with some of the subcontractors that they used, but EHS worked to fix those and I was overall satisfied with outcome.
