Best Natural Gas Service in Phoenix AZ

Very pleased with the prompt reply to my inquiry when my old water softener was leaking and needed to be replaced. They were out the next day to install a new one and haul away the old one. We are very happy with the new water softener and would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Terrible customer service. We had a blockage in our main line and called them on a Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday between 8-8:30 am and soon after the guy showed up it started raining so he left without performing the service. However after the rain stopped we tried calling them to see if anyone else could come out no one answered the phone. Me my boyfriend and his grandfather spent the rest of the day calling them until they closed leaving several voicemails and again in the morning still no answer. We instead called reddi services and they were here and the problem was resolved within half an hour. It wasn't until Monday I got a call back but our problem was resolved by a much more professional and reliable company. We will never use this company again
