Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. However I am very happy to leave this positive one.I was actually hesitant to use them to do the repairs, but Darrell Yazzie restored my faith in the HVAC sector of Parker and Sons.I have used Parker and Sons in other capacities and have always been happy with the work, service, and professionalism, which is also why I use, and am part of the family plan I think it's called, for $11.00 a month. When I called to make the appt. I told them that I thought I had a slab leak or it may be be my solar water heater of 6 yrs. I asked if they could conduct a leak detection and was told yes they could. They said it would be $75. which would go toward any repair needed. When the 2 young guys came out they did everything I had already done and said they didn’t do slab leaks and didn’t work on Solar water heaters, but could refer someone. They said it would be $150. and I balked at this since they didn’t do much that I had already done, so they said they would only charge the $75. (I basically paid $75. for nothing). I called Arizona Leak Detection and she did a great job in finding out it was a clog in my solar water heater pipe and a landscaping drip system failure. Parker & Sons was out the day before Deer Valley Plumbing and neither checked the drip system or water heater plumbing pipes. Yep, there was water in the pan beneath the solar water heater but that didn’t explain using 19,448 gallons of water last month with just me in the house! Even my landscaper failed to check it out when I asked him yesterday. It is so disappointing when all people want is $ but don’t do the job they were paid to do! I won’t be using them again!

Chad has worked on several projects at my home, including the installation of a new hot water heater, a new kitchen sink/with faucet, and an all-house water softener. I have know Chad for many years and he has always performed his work professionally and expertly. Thank you, Chad!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
