Best Installing New Fixtures in Phoenix AZ

My water heater was gushing water and I was told they could not send someone out for almost a week. I found several other plumbers that could make it out the same day or the following. I'm not sure what the issue is here but, a "we can send someone out next week" is an extremely poor customer experience. If they are having some type of staffing issue or covid related problem, they should notify you of that, not act like next week is a respectable answer.

This is the second time we used The Aussie Plumber. Both times the servicemen, Franz on the first call & Cameron on the second was friendly, prompt & professional. This is a five star company.

A great bunch of guys. Not just good plumbers, but good people. I know that they do a lot of volunteer work. Keep it up guys.

We had a sun pump issue and crawling space was full of water. It happened on weekend of course :) and I don’t remember how many companies we called. Left so many messages. People never even called us back. This Plumbing services responded right a way, and stayed in touch with us until technician came in. I am so sorry that I don’t remember both of their names. But everything was done so professionally and so fast! It’s so important when you really need this help and specifically when nobody else is available. We had a great experience with you guys! I called this company after leaving my information with another company and not getting a response back. They came the day after memorial day within an hour of me calling to come look at my water heater. The guy who came was very professional and gave me a quote to repair or replace. We decided to replace and he was done and we had hot water the same day. I would recommend.
