Came quickly on a Sunday morning. Installed a new water heater at a very good price. The technician, Lance Sherwood, was personable and explained everything fully.

We had our hot and cold pipes replaced. Byanka, Ramiro, and Sergie were outstanding. They were courtious and made the process easy on us. Thank you.

Leo was very professional and is a pleasant young man. Leo fixed my furnace flue and made sure the ventilation was not touching which would make it a fire hazard. Leo cleaned up the insulation mess. After having this item on my warranty repair list for a year I can finally check this item off as being done. He also showed me how to reconnect my thermostat app. Thank you Leo!

Eddie was here today for our summer maintenance check. He was great, checked everything out, and did any maintenance he needed to do. Explained all to us & answered all questions. Highly recommend this company.Just finished our winter operational maintenance check with tech Eddie Armenta. Eddie, like Jeremy whom we had out here last May, was awesome. We have been using ACE for the past 5+ years, and our experiences with them have been hit and miss. Some good experiences, and some bad. Our latest experience, was bad. We called them to have our toilet repaired (it was constantly running). We had tried to fix it ourselves with no luck, so we called Ace for a plumber to come out. They rescheduled us twice, and then they had us down for 2 different times in the same day. So, the plumber didn't show up at the timeframe that we were told on the phone. We called, and they were able to get a plumber to come out. His name was Justin. He called to let us know when he'd be at our home, and he had asked us what the issue was with the toilet. When we told him, he said that it wasn't worth his time to come out and fix it. He actually told us that we should just hire a handyman. Needless to say, that was very unprofessional and rude. He did end up coming out, and he replaced the float system. The toilet also needed a new flap. He said that I could get one myself at Lowe's or Home Depot, and put it on myself (which I did). Although he was friendly, he was also unprofessional in what he said and how he handled the toilet issue.
