I hate to say it but we had a terrible experience with these guys.

They left a mess in the house when they left, not a normal amount of dirt & traffic you expect from someone coming in your home to fix something.



They installed an under-sink RO unit that I purchased from Home Depot & didn’t properly install the under-sink part or the spout that goes on top of the sink, it looked good at first but then came unattached & dangled there useless. Worse was that because the RO unit wasn’t installed correctly water leaked to my hardwood floors & created a bubble. The $700 to fix is bad enough but just the headache of dealing with it really is what was most irritating.

We called to complain & show where they messed up at & they refused to even hear us out stating that because it wasn’t their product they installed it wasn’t their fault. But the product wasn’t the problem, the installation was.

Poor customer service & terrible plumbing service that ended up costing me a ton of more money. But they were decently cheap (my dad always told me you get what you pay for).

I gave 2 stats because they did fix a running toilet so I gotta give them credit for that. I’d say if you work hard for your money spend it elsewhere for your plumbing solutions.

I put in a service request with our home warranty company on Sunday because our hot water heater was leaking. Pruitt's called before 8:00 am on Monday and the technician, Jerod, arrived by 10:30 am. We had a new unit before lunch! Jerod was professional and worked quickly!

We had the nuliner installed

I had another company come out and fix a water leak about 5 months ago. Same leak and they put in a wrong line. It broke my kitchen was full of water. They came out fast and actually used the right line. Leo had it fixed in matter of minutes once he got the right line. Awesome job Leo! Thanks for the fast service and fixing the line right!

Byanka and Ramiro worked great as a team. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job every day and their work is awesome. You would never know we had our house re-piped! I would highly recommend Arizona Integrity Plumbing.
