Had issues with the water heater and needed an upgrade so we went with the tankless water heater, and added the Cascadian water softener system. Unfortunately, the existing water heater gave the guys a run for their money as it was quite outdated, but they handled it wonderfully. They were professional, kind, and hard-working. Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!
