We had them come out for our annual tune up. What a disaster. The guy was here for 5 hours and tried to overcharge us an astronomical fee for a switch replacement.

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more.
