Best Electrical Issues in Phoenix AZ

Parker & Sons diagnosed that I needed two parts that were under warranty and wanted over $3k to fi lx my heat. Called another company neither of the parts that Parker & Sons said I needed were bad and problem was a result of a leak. Technician did not know what he was doing and would have cost me a lot of money to fix something not broken and i would have still had the leak. We Only needed Freon and leak repair. I paid 1/3 of the price and got a true diagnostic & repair with a smaller family owned business.

I made a home warranty claim and was assigned Penguin Air as my contractor. Every person I spoke to in the office (Darcy for the initial call and Kat for scheduling) were extremely friendly and professional. Once my appointment was made, I received emails and texts to advise me of my appointment window. On the day of my appointment I received an email/text stating who the service pro was coming to my house along with a photo of the service pro. I was most pleased with this. I was home for this appointment, but if my wife was home she said she'd feel better knowing who was coming to her house before they arrived.Randy Ostrov was my assigned service pro. Instantly his friendliness and professionalism was apparent. I have dealt with my fair share of AC repairmen over the years and their ego and bravado get in the way of trying explain things to a customer. Randy sold my overall opinion of Penguin Air. He was engaging, well spoken, and very easy to deal with. I was comfortable with the service I received on my units and would highly recommend Penguin Air for anyone's Air needs.Thanks Randy!

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.
