Fantastic. Across multiple experiences with Pink Plumbing, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price might not be the cheapest, but it is very fair for the quality and service provided.

Recently, Lou helped fix my water heater. He showed up on time, with text reminders. He worked promptly and included me on any decisions. And then he spent time afterwards to provide tips for not running into my issue again.

They have great customer service. They are very thorough and respond very quickly to a person's need. They go out of their way for their customers. They're very clean when they work and very considerate of a person's home. I highly recommend them. I recommend them so much so that I call them when my clients need a plumber.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

We had a great experience with Elemental Plumbers!I had a pressure reducing valve installed as the water pressure coming into my home was too high They were able to come out to our home on short notice and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Their team was very professional and knowledgeable, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Propane fireplace update completed on 2/11/23 by Joe. Evidently the phone lines at the business were not working correctly, so we didn’t know if coming or not. Showed up later than scheduled time by over an hour. I’m very happy that we just went with the flow on this one as the tech (Joe) was professional and obviously knew his stuff. We had a propane fireplace that was tiresome to deal with - pilot light hard to work with and limited our enjoyment of our beautiful fireplace. Thoroughly cleaned out fireplace (all components cleaned and inspected and then replaced with electronic ignition with remote control). We can now leave our propane tank open and with a press if a button, viola! Made the appearance of the fireplace look fantastic as well - cleaned glass, buffed it out, new rocks and all the touches that make a fire pop and make visually appealing. This is not a cheap option for sure, but even with the unexpectedly high cost for doing something like this, we are very pleased!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
