The techs are paid on commission so they will find anything possible and tell you it is a code violation or emergency and needs to be fixed now . They talked my 75 year old mother into work that was not needed and charged 3x what a local plumber would charge . I called and talked to the vice president Josh Cook and all he said was she signed the 6 page invoice , and these are market prices before he laughed and hung up the phone on me . These people are used car salesman not plumbers . Do yourself a favor and call a local small shop plumber not this high pressure sales company (owner) call me to discuss the crazy high rates you charge - seeing how your vice president laughed at my complaint and hung up on me
