We were talked into an ac/ furnace installation by Chase in May of 2022, we only wanted a quote.He told us it would cost 12,500.00 , wouldn't give a receipt or paperwork, but was quick to put us on loan paperwork with an out-of-state company.We receive paperwork stating we owe 12,822 50Then, during the installation of the furnace , they took out walls, and the put holes in the remaining walls and didn't tell us.We also found from a neighbor who lives next door, she had an ac/ furnace installed by another company, her mobile home is larger than ours, and was only charged 6,300.00They also didn't fix the banging in oomplur ceiling either after we complained about the noise
