Best Basement Water in Phoenix AZ

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

Referred by my home warranty. These guys were on time, friendly, efficient, and got it done right. All you can ask for. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Called them about a clogged kitchen drain. They came out twice and did not resolve the issue. Another plumber was able to fix the problem. Roto Rooter agreed to refund what we paid after a complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau. I was advised that a check was mailed on 1/29/2022 but no check has been received.

The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide us with a quote for the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician took the time to explain everything to us so that we knew exactly what was happening. We were so impressed with their service that we have recommended them to all of our friends and family.

I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.
