Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. Set up apppointment between 5:30pm-8:30pm. Got a call at 7pm-tech was going to be stuck on the current job and unable to make it.
Dispatcher was unable to send another tech.
Really? At 7pm?
Call your customer BEFORE 7pm if the original tech is unable to make it. That tech knew it would be a long job when he got there.
Don't make appointments you can't keep!

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
