I wanted to write a review for Chas Roberts Air Conditioning. I recently went on vacation and when I was have fun with no cares in the world, My kids called and informed me that one of the air conditioners stopped working. Never fails that when your are on vacation, something happens. I called Chas Roberts and I have to tell you, they were amazing to work with. They called me back when they said they would, They found the part my unit needed in stock while the other companies I called, said it would take them days to get the part ordered and even longer to get it repaired. I had my unit up and running quickly. Much faster than what I even dreamed of! I completely understand that in this world today, you have manpower and raw material shortages so things may take a while but its how a company responds. They had the parts in stock, the provided exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I am an extremely happy customer. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

I called my home warranty company about a leaking water heater and they first assigned another company that is not Eversons Plumbing, they took forever to call back. When they did they scheduled me for the next day around noon to check it out. Meanwhile, I looked at the reviews for the other company and they were abysmal. I called my warranty company and requested another service provider and they sent out Eversions Plumbing. They called right away, asked for photos of the issue and label information about the water heater. When they showed up early in the morning the next day, as scheduled, they diagnosed quickly, told me the issue and described what they were going to replace.

Ten minutes later, my water heater was removed and came prepared with a replacement water heater to put in. In less than two hours they replaced my water heater and I had hot water. They got the job done before the first company would come to check it out.

Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...
