ACE put a new system on our roof for $10k a year ago. A week ago the AC stopped working when our circuit breaker went bad, so they came out to look at the AC, said it blew the low voltage fuse, $100. Yesterday the low voltage fuse blew again. So they look at it, replace fuse again, it blows again, so maybe a new thermostat? $120. Fingers crossed we don't get a $140 bill next week. It might be better to have an electrician come out next time.

Eric came on a service call on Sunday to fix a pump extractor. This turned into a whole bunch of projects I needed to do, and some he discovered as we went along (leaks, etc).

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and never gave up on a really challenging project - where three other plumbers did not want to go there. He got it to function until we can get parts that were discontinued.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.

Allen was very professional and honest. My sink was at a stand still, he came out and fixed it very fast, waited around to make sure it was done properly, which I very much appreciated. If you are looking for a good plumber look no further

This is my first interaction with a service provider in AZ that i didn't have to call back and follow up on to schedule and ensure the job was performed in a timely fashion. I called discount on Friday night and and Jordan, their technician, called early the next morning to schedule same day service! Jordan was professional, communicated regularly on timing, and was very thorough in reviewing my irrigation system. Not only did he explain to me how the zone systems operates and what my issue was but provided insights about the difference in watering requirements for my wife's fruit tree. Thank you Jordan! Definitely using discount again if i have any issues.
