I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

I new I needed to replace my AC, when I read the reviews on Day & Night and how long they had been in business I was sold. Everyone That I came in contact with was very professional, along with great payment terms. The installation went smoothly, The techs were very nice, and made the whole experience very pleasant , Along with my VIP club membership I'm all set. Terrible customer service. We had a blockage in our main line and called them on a Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday between 8-8:30 am and soon after the guy showed up it started raining so he left without performing the service. However after the rain stopped we tried calling them to see if anyone else could come out no one answered the phone. Me my boyfriend and his grandfather spent the rest of the day calling them until they closed leaving several voicemails and again in the morning still no answer. We instead called reddi services and they were here and the problem was resolved within half an hour. It wasn't until Monday I got a call back but our problem was resolved by a much more professional and reliable company. We will never use this company again

Wow, great service, quick and clean.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.

Three things always stick out to me when I evaluate someone's work
1. Time
2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

The idea of repiping our whole home was very stressful. Igor and his crew with Universal Plumbing took care of everything and some. Igor and his crew were amazingly fast, without jeopardizing the quality of the work being performed. It took the crew about 12 hours to complete the work plus another 12 hours for a crew to patch and texture. Igor coordinated everything including the city inspection. In hindsight, my wife and I were stressing over nothing as Igor took care of it all. Very happy with the work, professionalism, record time and the follow up calls from Universal Plumbing. Thanks Igor! 5 Stars all the way!!!
