Best Sewer Pipe Leaks in Philadelphia PA

I am writing this review for my mother, Jane Bradin. She just had Zac and Brand in her home to replace a sewer line. She was very happy with them and their work. They were polite, on time, very professional. When the drain from her tub fell out while they were fixing the sewer line, they gave her the option to just re install the old one or replace with a new one. They replaced it for her even though it would add time to an already long day. They cleaned everything up after themselves. She would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Bill replaced a boiler with his crew in one day. The job was neat and professional. Bill stays in touch throughout the process. Highly recommended.

The plumbing technician that City Plumbing sent to home was EXCELLENT!!! His name is Alex, and he was the second plumber that was assigned for my repair. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE as to how to tackle my problem. He is a Godsend and a blessing. He deserves a raise and all of the accolades possible!

Had no idea where the leak was coming from, once my plumber started opening the pipes he found it immediately!!! Very professional, continued to thank me for using him!

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! They called and came out as promised on time, for a free estimate, Pricing was excellent!! and they did the job on the spot.The guys Rich & Joe were VERY knowledgeable and professional, they explained every step clearly, and did an awesome job in a reasonable amount of time. they job was completed and clean up weas a breeze and I must say it was pleasure having them in my home. and would recommend to friends and family

I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement but he charged me an extra $75!! First I need to say that when I called on a Sunday for an emergency, they were extremely helpful & arranged for a tech that day. Mike Roman was great. Found our problem & fixed it immediately. He even offered suggestions, & then provided treatment, to prevent future occurrences. Thank you Zoom!!

Joe and his team (April, Lorraine, Dennis, Josh et al) are terrific. Very customer service oriented, high-quality workmanship and backed by great support. We've upgraded to new high-efficiency boiler/hot water heaters at our home in the Philly suburbs and a rental property in Philadelphia in the past couple of years. Big energy savings and trouble-free performance. Highly recommended.
