I was waiting for the guy that does AC and Heating unit to come back off vacation. The secretary did not know when he was coming back, she told me, she was going to call him and call me back, that was two week ago,in the meantime R&R Mechanical Service came in and did excellent job

These guys rock! The first time these guys came out to update the gas line connection for a new stove in a house we just bought. It took him about 15 minutes to get it connected and set up. When he was finished he gave me the basic tutorial of our new houses plumbing/heating system. He didn't have to do that, dude could have just bounced when he finished the job.The second time we called was a couple years later to get a second opinion on our old crown furnace. Someone from a larger big name heating and cooling company told my wife we needed to replace our furnace because it was over 20 years old it wasn't worth repairing. When we called Stimmler they gave us a cheaper price to put the same furnace as the big name company, but better yet they gave us a second option...replace a $30 Thermocouple! They couldn't tell me exactly how long the furnace would last, and they did have to replace the thermocouple again a few years later, but that old Crown Furnace sure did keep us warm last winter!

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Tom was efficient and professional while inspecting my heater units. He showed me and explained to me the repairs that are needed. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Extremely responsive, came out the next day. Quality work and just a great person in general. Definitely recommend!

The installation was done professionally, but seemed to take longer than it should have.

Ok.. fast and through..

Green helped me in the past with some heating issues the technicians were effective and polite. So, when a new issue came up, I made an appointment for a Friday morning between 8am and 10am. They called me at 9:45am to cancel my appointment, then told me that they couldn’t set up another one for over two weeks. In response to this, I was given a refund of my previous appointments. Professionally done!
