This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldn't figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...

Love these guys. We've been using them for years from major jobs like water and sewer lines to toilet and Water heater replacement. Our most recent Disaster occurred on a Sunday night (December 17, 2017) after 10:00pm when our water heater went, spilling water all over the basement. To make matters worse, the shut off valve to the tank was not working. We called the answering service who had a technician call us almost immediately. He explained that the tank could not be replaced until the morning but was able to walk me through the process of shutting off the water without shutting down the whole house. As promised, a technician arrived first thing Monday morning, replaced the tank and valve, and cleaned up after the job was complete. You couldn't tell he was there after he cleaned up. This has always been my experience with Bill Frusco Plumbing. Professional, caring, quick to make the repairs and always at a very fair price. And living in a house that is at least 90 years old, I've had some serious plumbing issues that have always been professionally repaired by Bill Frusco Plumbing. WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself
