I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Never fixed the issue, my toilet was clogged and the water was leaking on the floor when the toilet was flushed , they came used a toilet augur charged me $260 and said the toilet was fixed the issue wasn’t fixed and the toilet was still leaking, they came back out 3 days later and charged me another $500. This place is a rip off, I would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Why was I charged twice for the same job that you NEVER fixed. RIP OFF.To make matters worst they are never on time, the first time they came at 11:30am when they were suppose to be here at 9am, second time they were suppose to be here at 12pm but came at 3pm. Horrible

Had them come out to unclog drain and inspect plumbing issues. They were the only place that correctly diagnosed my plumbing issues during first interaction. Will definitely use them in the future.

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had. The technician Victor Rodriguez arrived on time. He introduced himself and then went right to work diagnosing the problem, discussing my options and then worked diligently to resolve the problem. Victor made sure I understood the problem and what he was doing to resolve it. At the end of the service call the problem was solved and my drain was flowing like a champ.Victor was a consummate professional and a credit to Zoom Drain.Give him a raise!

Great experience. They are able to problem solve because my home is old and job did not go as smoothly as planned. My plumbing issues where the main valve in the home and new tub faucet. Job was done about 5 months ago and everthing is working great. I would hire Rob again.

John was friendly, knowledgeable, and responded very quickly. Fixed the issue with my drain stack quickly, and gave me tips on how to keep it clear. No complaints about the price for the amount of work involved. I Can highly recommend Szollose for drain issues. Local is always the way to go.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing. They were very responsive to my problem. Andy and Billy came out an they were very professional and courteous and got the job done for me .
