I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and that's hard to find in this type of industry. Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas I'd called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didn't even bother to answer. If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys

They have a professional and courteous staff who take extreme caution when it comes to protecting their clients. The plumbers that came into my home all wore covid masks and gloves the whole time. Their service was great and so was the quality of their work.

Sam and Tim were excellent. I had hired another plumber in the past to evaluate our toilets and we were told that we would need to have a Kohler rep handle our issue. We then reached out to Economy Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, and they immediately recognized our problem. Sam was able to troubleshoot and fix our toilets after months of my boyfriend and I struggling to fix them. They were professional, exactly on time and helped us with a very frustrating issue. Fantastic workmanship! This was the third and last plumber I had to call to fix multiple plumbing issues at my home. My only regret is not calling them first…so don’t make the same mistake I did, call Splash!

We have used Chris and Veterans multiple times. We have been homeowners for 30 years and no prior plumber we have had even comes close relative to knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness, honesty and courtesy.

While working one of the employee toilets began overflowing. We weren't able to get anyone out until an hour an a half later. I reached out to Plumbing boys and they provided help over the phone which provided a temporary solution. I highly recommend utilizing them in the future.

On time, courteous, respectful, professional, and thoroughly prepared for the digging expedition - his crew was outstanding as well explaining what was being done as they dug a hole in the garage to access broken storm drain pipes . I first contacted these guys more than a month ago after a recommendation from a neighbor who had them install a pump.They initially came out in two days and told me the shower head needed to be replaced. I bought several that weekend, tried them all, and the issue did not go away. Called these guys all first thing the next week to tell them.The technician came out again a couple days later and took photos. He told me the cartridge usually takes just one or two days.Nobody called me for several days. So I called them again. The woman I spoke to said they must not have heard back from the supplier but they would contact me as soon as they did.Another week went by and still no phone call from the plumber. So I had to call them back again. This time I was told the photos the technician took were not clear. I immediately walked downstairs, took several photos, emailed them, and asked for confirmation they were okay.Another week went by. Again nobody responded. So I called and left a detailed urgent message with their answering service.The owner and namesake emailed me the next day early in the morning asking if he could come by. I replied within ten minutes despite being before 5am out West where I was traveling, explaining that would not work and asking if they revived the part. Nobody responded.So after 5 days I contacted them again. The woman I spoke to had the owner call me while I was on the line. Joseph explained this is is not how he does business and asked if he could come by today at 6:00am. I asked about a later time and he offered 6:30. Seeing he wouldn’t go much later, and given he seemed apologetic, I reluctantly agreed. We confirmed the 6:30 visit.Joseph also explained the supply house told them were two cartridges, they didn’t know which, and he would show me all the communication. He mentioned they wouldn’t charge me a service fee for the instal - only for the part. It was odd he didn’t tell me the price but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Another odd thing was that I asked several times how long it would take to get the part and install it if we agreed though Joseph did not give me any answer.So this morning I awoke at 5:00 and was on my stoep from 6:25-7:05. Nobody came by.When I emailed to inquire and express my bewilderment, Joseph responded saying he called me this morning and left a voicemail. My phone has so not disturb on before 8am for obvious reasons so I did not see. I checked and did in fact have a voicemail - but it just asked me to call back. And it’s a moot point because we confirmed the 630 time. Backed by the word of the owner and namesake.I responded to his reply not even fifteen minutes later simply asking for the price of the part. This time Joseph did not respond.After more than a month, the office staff has now not responded at all a few times, responded extremely slowly others, and lied. Now the owner and namesake did not show up.And they haven’t even told me the price for the cartridge now that they heard back from the supply house. While I didn’t know why before, I do now. Just look at other google reviews.Don’t waste your time.

Did not know me and yet, rushed to evaluate the problem and then offer a reasonable repair option.Done looking for a trustworthy plumber.Proper Function is my go-to guy. I highly recommend this business.

I called and spoke with Monique, who was very knowledgeable and competent, and took the time to listen carefully to the four issues I was having. She was very prompt in writing a work order for me and got a technician out the next day. Ryan came and did a wonderful job with everything on the work order. He took his time and when he was finished, he called me to let me know how it all went since I was at work.
