I searched for a couple of companies to do work in my home..I called Bill Frusco office and when I spoke to the representative.They listen to my issue and responded professionally. I also appreciate that Bill Frusco company does free estimates..This is very helpful for customer like myself..I recommend this company for any job..The workers are respectful, knowledgeable and explain what is needed..Thank you guys!!!!!

My water heater sprung a leak last night. Their on-call guy helped me figure out how to turn off the water & gas to the heater. Then they came out today to install a new unit. They were courteous, professional and affordable. I'd never used them before but would not hesitate to use them again!

Always very helpful. I was glad that their technicians amazingly handled our heat and air conditioning repair. I was glad that the performed well and made it on time.

These are great people. They've done many, many jobs for me, have come in a timely way when time is an issue, and have taken care of issues in a professional way. They've also done a few things in the kitchen that are in additional to the regular services they provide.

Edited to add: I called McClain again when my sewer line was clogged. They came out within a couple hours (on a Saturday) to do a temporary fix, and by Tuesday afternoon my drain is now completely replaced and working perfectly. If you need emergency plumbing work they are definitely the guys to call!Original review: Found them on Home Advisor - the leak was fixed within an hour and a half of contacting them.
