I would HIGHLY recommend using City Plumbing. The plumber was extremely professional and did an excellent job in installing my faucet. He was very nice as well. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my plumbing needs .They should change their name to BEST Plumbing in the City. You will not find better prices and better plumbers than at City Plumbing.

Keith, Steve, Brian and crew were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SAUCE! I could not have dreamt of a better team. They are truly the plumbing dream team. Replaced over 20 feet of PVC inside my basement in less than 2.5 hours. That ncluded the cement work AND a large piece of pipe behind the hot water heater which they worked around. Professional, punctual, and light hearted. I would NEVER use another plumbing company. Never Ever.

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. I used this company to unclog a clogged washer drain.Mike was the technician who helped me. He was respectful, professional and skillful. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
