I found Tony via a Google search and was amazed by his reviews; they all seemed a genuine. I called left a voice mail and he called me back in less then 30 minutes. He came last week to fix a leak in my basement sink. He was on time, came in with a mask, and foot booties/ covers. We went over the repairs and tested the fix, paid by credit card.I would like to say again, his service was professional and he was gentleman. I will use again and recommend.

I hired this company to uncover the pipe they said they would charge me 350 because it was a Saturday the boy put the snake in and I couldn't uncover the pipe then he said he had to use another method but that it would cost me $ 350 more in total it would cost me $ 700 I said no that it was a lot of money. The guy left without solving my problem and he charged me $ 200 for doing nothing, I am aware that he had to pay something at least $ 100 for his time but $ 200 is too much

We've had a leak in an upstairs bathroom. The leak shortly after we returned from an out of town trip for Christmas. The boiler had gone out and the house had gotten down to 40 degrees. Apparently the freezing of the waterline created a crack in the toilet resulting in the drip leak.The servicemén werw able to turn the water to the toilet off, discuss alternatives for the repair and provided cost estimates.

Nick was extremely professional, contacting me the day before and letting me know his arrival time. He called ahead of time to advise me of his arrival and he was here promptly. He installed my dishwasher and explained the process as he went. He even patiently waited, allowing me to clean the area before installing. He was thorough, using his level to make sure the dishwasher was even, and he was efficient and finished the job quickly and neatly. He gets 10 stars!The reason I am giving 3 ⭐️ is the very unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. They were supposed to show up at 9:00AM. No one showed up until 1:00 PM. No one contacted me about the delay. I was waiting for 4 hours. I called the office around 11:00 AM and was told by the receptionist lady that I should expect them soon! I called again at 12:20. This time she was rude, screaming on the phone, calling me selfish and “too much” because how I thought I was more important than people who had a plumbing emergency!!!! I was like…lady my appointment was at 9:00 AM?!! She screamed for 3-4 minutes! One of the worst customer services that I had dealt with! My feedback to the owner is that she will bring down your business! No one will and should tolerate dealing with a rude receptionist like her!
