Sammy from Economy Drain Cleaning & Plumbing arrived on time to diagnose a problem I had with my bathroom pump. In less than 30 minutes, the problem was diagnosed to the best of his ability and a fix was identified to get the pump working again. I was shocked at how quickly it was to get a plumber on site and to have my issue resolved with professionalism, courtesy, and skill. The price was actually lower than what I would have expected and my overall experience was entirely painless. Much thanks to Sam.

Very rude. I thought I had an appointment arranged then missed a call as I was putting a child to bed. I called within five minutes of the missed call to find he cancelled my request. His response was that's life in the big city. Anyone with this kind of attitude is not worth my business.

The technician was fantastic. He came during the scheduled time. He was very polite, willing to wear a mask (we have high-risk family members), and wore shoe protectors.

If there is a option for zero star, definitely I will choose that! The company named reliable doesn’t match what they do. The plumber came for drain cleaning, so anxious, just wanted to get paid. He left a lot mess on my backyard, told me the problem was fixed which is not truth! I called the company 5 times, every time they told me they will create an emergency message for me, sent someone back ASAP, but they never!!! So, now my backyard has lot mess , the drain can’t flow. My problem is not resolved and I can’t even clean it up!

Austin and His team repaired my water heater within 24 hours from calling! They were responsive about the timing and the need. Their service was professional and they were able to get all materials in one day.

The subcontractor they used cheated us. I think Mt. Airy plumbing themselves may be great however whom they use for subcontracting are not trust worthy at all.

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. I can’t wait to have him redo my floors this summer!
