East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. They're extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

Had a clogged AC condensation drain and called them since I saw a number of great reviews . I originally contacted them last week and after a mixup with getting them information, they arrived tonight and fixed the problem fairly quickly. The workers were very polite and friendly and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I would use them again. I do regret not following up on my first phone call to make sure they had received all my information.

On the scheduled workday they were running behind schedule, however Brandon contacted me to inform me of the delay. Joe is great. He sent his guy out immediately to fix our back drain and kitchen drain. It turned out to be a bigger job than it was so he scheduled his guys back out the next day to complete it so my tenants didn't have to live with standing water in their sink. He called me every couple of hours to keep me updated on the progress. I would use him again.

I was desperate to get this done before today's heavy rain storm because the water and sewage would back up into my basement and and I would have been cleaning all weeknd instead of barbecuing. They were very responsive to my problem. Andy and Billy came out an they were very professional and courteous and got the job done for me .
