They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Now a days you normally get that type service. One thing I know for sure I will call Mr Thompson again when I have a plumbing project or issue to get resolved! Thanks Again!!!

I contacted Marc, who was recommended by friend who also had a good experience, when my dishwasher started leaking all over my kitchen floor. On top of that issue, I had a clogged kitchen drain and failing garbage disposal. Marc responded quickly, assessed and explained each issue, then promptly resolved each problem within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to resolving each issue. Another minor issue popped up later and he came back the following day to address that issue building a strong relationship with his clients. Respectful and very knowledgeableI've called them a couple times to take care of different plumbing problems and they came out and let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. The price for the initial visit was applied to the total cost of the job. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess for me. He even helped me to put my ceiling fan together while he was here and didn't charge me for that!I'll be using them from now on.

Paid him $475 to fix the leak on my basement. Leak again the next day. Promise to come back, but never pick up the phone again.
