I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

Sam from Economy Drain Cleaning was great to work with. As an out of state landlord, it's hard to find the right people who communicate well and get the job done. Sam immediately addressed two issues I had, and went above and beyond what was asked. He kept me in the loop during his whole visit. UNPROFESSIONAL! I called with an emergency. Just because they did not want to come, they said I had to wait until Monday. I was told if I come tonight, it will be $300. If I come Monday it's $85, so wait until Monday. I am a paying customer and a homeowner. I'm aware that emergencies COST MORE. I will never EVER use this company again. The technician's attitude was TERRIBLE! I'll be sure to follow up this review with contact to the owners.

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. I can’t wait to have him redo my floors this summer!
