I CALLED THEM TO REPAIR A MINOR BREAK IN A PVC PIPE I WAITED ALL DAY FOR THE PLUMBER TO CALL IN WHICH HE DIDN'T I HAD TO CALL THEM THREE TIMES BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOME WITHOUT CALLING HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I'M RENOVATING MY HOUSE AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T FIX PVC PIPES I JUST CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF THEY FIX PVC PIPES AND THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED SAID YES THEY DO FIX PVC PIPES I ASKED WHY THE PERSON THAT CAME OUT SAY THEY DON'T WHEN I GAVE HIM MY ADDRESS HE TOLD ME THAT MY HOUSE NEED TO BE CONDEMNED ACCORDING TO THE RUDE MAN THAT CAME OUT AND THAT I HAD A DOG TIED UP IN MY BASEMENT FIRST OF ALL I HAVE A PUPPY AND SECONDLY HE NEVER WENT IN MY BASEMENT SO WHERE DO I HAVE A DOG TIED UP IN THE BASEMENT NOTHING BUT A LIAR AND AN UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL IS WHAT CAME TO MY HOME DON'T LIE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK STAY THE HELL HOME OR LET A PROFESSIONAL COME OUT THAT DON'T CARE WHAT THE REPAIR IS AS LONG AS THEY GETTIN PAID IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT OTHER WORK IS BEING DONE AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE ALSO MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE SAME ONE THAT CAME OUT BUT HE PUT ME ON HOLD AFTER BEIN VINDICTICELY RUDE AND NEVER CAME BACK ON THE PHONE YOU DON'T EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME CALLING OR REFERRING YOU TO ANYONE EVER AND I'M GOING TO TELL MY SISTER WHOM GAVE ME YOUR NUMBER AND GAVE YOU MUCH BUSINESS FOR YEARS HOW RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIAR YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. Fantastic experience with these guys. Called me back immediately on a Saturday night when it was 100 degrees outside and walked us through the repair so we wouldn’t have to wait for an actual service call. Fixed our AC and were incredibly patient and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Never had a better experience! I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take the time out to do so. Mr. Wells made me feel so comfortable especially since I have no clue about renovations. He went through everything with me and answered all of my questions. He got my bathroom done in time and it’s beautiful. I would definitely recommend him. I can’t wait to have him redo my floors this summer!
