I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. We had a major issue with a plumbing leak late on a Friday night that was flooding our kitchen. They made it a priority to come out within the hour when no other plumbers would. They quickly isolated and addressed the issue. They were very friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasn't even ready for their arrival because i hadn't anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional.Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didn't believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were!Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.

Once again Brian Turner came out asap to fix my broken heater at my business. He made sure my clients had heat and didn’t have to cancel them as it’s 25 degrees out! Professional, fast, and most importantly, honest!

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk (Susquehanna & Cedar, right outside Loco Pez) and a guy driving an Aqua van yelled at me and my pregnant wife for taking too long to cross the street and looking at his van when it looked like he wasn't going to stop at all. Lots of name calling once he realized I was taking pictures of his van. Another driver told me he'd cut them off too.Says it was his number on the side of the truck, so I guess he's the owner. Don't know how he is as a plumber but I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house.

Can't count the number of times I've lost a pair of quality Douglass pliers due to rushing to get to the next job...not to mention the possible road hazzard which is now avoided.Good looking out, from 1 plumber to another.???

Came home from a week away to smell water, and it turn into a multi day project with insurance and calling local plumber by plumber by plumber almost begging for someone to respond. 3 days in of still no response, found Szollose online at 5pm on a Wednesday, they called back immediately, and we'll be there 8:30 tomorrow morning. On the dot, perfect. Helpful, great to deal with, tracked down a different leak we didn't know was happening, and ended up having them fix (3) different projects while here. I called this guy for an estimate and to see if he could actually do the job I needed done..he was very loud mean and arrogant. He did not take the time to hear me out while I was talking to him. I thought it was very rude for him to keep over talking me. You can hear that he is an older male so I tried to be respectful while talking to him but he just would not stop over talking me while being arrogant at the same time. I just got frustrated and said thank you I will call you back and hung up!!
